Shipping Information:

Orders ship between Monday and Friday; orders placed after 12:00pm PT, on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. HoodieBuddie™ orders will be shipped via FedEx. Shipping and handling costs are based on the FedEx rates and the total package weight for continental United States, we do not ship Hawaii and Alaska. International orders click here for information on shipping!

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address in the United States. Either option may be selected during the checkout process.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxesor APO/FPO (military) addresses. We require a street address for all shipments.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you receive your HoodieBuddie™ and find there is a manufacturers defect (WITH THE GARMENT) you have 30 days upon receipt to contact us. A return label and authorization form is provided in every shipment. If you have any additional questions please contact customerservice@hoodiebuddie.com.

If you provide an incorrect address or do not pickup your parcel after receiving notices from FedEx and need the parcel reshipped there will be a $6.00 reship fee. Refused orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.

For all returns we will provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. Sales/Specials are all final, no returns or Exchanges

NOTE: HoodieBuddie™ is not responsible for the improper washing of the garment. It is strongly recommended that the care instructions be followed; these can be found on the garment care label, hang tag, and on www.hoodiebuddie.com. Remember to remove your musical device from the garment prior to washing; HoodieBuddie™ is not responsible for the washing of your musical device.

Warranty Policy

All HoodieBuddie products come with a 30 day warranty. If within the first 30 days of receipt the headphones in the garment are defective or fail to perform please contact customerservice@hoodiebuddie.com for replacement product.

Our warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to neglect, unreasonable use, accident, violation of the operating instructions, or any product that has been modified by you or an unauthorized service agent.

Products out of warranty requiring service will be reviewed individually.
